Björk gets tired of her cat boyfriend, goes to Iceland's Sirkus bar and sings along with the locals, and this still might not even be Spike Jonze's weirdest video.
Sirkus, a bar in downtown Reykjavik, was a popular hub for artists and musicians in Iceland until it was demolished in 2008 to make room for hotels, shopping centers and/or parking garages.

Spike Jonze's music video for Daft Punk's "Da Funk," a story called "Big City Nights" about an anthropomorphized dog, was filmed in New York's East Village. In the last sad shot, Charles the dog is left standing in front of the old Nightingale Bar on 2nd Ave and 13th St. after he doesn't follow the girl on the bus because he doesn't want to abandon his boombox.
Nightingale's used to be a dive bar. Jam bands like Spin Doctors and Blues Traveler played here early on in their careers, but it's since been remodeled.

Some of the "Sure Shot" music video was shot in and around the Las Vegas Hilton Casino when the Beastie Boys were in Las Vegas for Lollapalooza in the summer of '94. They don't allow recording inside the casino, but Spike Jonze carried the camera inside and captured that footage on the sly. Don't tell.

The Pulitzer Fountain in Manhattan's Grand Army Plaza serves as a water hazard in the round of golf that J Mascis and then bassist Mike Johnson of Dinosaur Jr. play in New York in their music video for "Feel the Pain" (directed by Spike Jonze).

Björk dances in and out of this San Fernando, California Goodyear tire shop in the music video Spike Jonze directed for "It's Oh So Quiet." According to Björk, that's Ernie from Sesame Street inside the dancing mailbox, but Björk is from Iceland, so take that with a grain of salt.
