east river park amphitheater

from wild style posted in movies by chewing_the_scenery

The East River Park Amphitheater in New York's Lower East Side was the site of the classic hip-hop movie Wild Style's final concert featuring The Fantastic Romantic 5, Chief Rocker Busy Bee and The Rock Steady Crew. The amphitheater, built in 1941, had fallen into disrepair, but it's since been remodeled and once again hosts public concerts.
