Unlike the Applebee's in Friday Night Lights, which was an Applebee's on the show, this Dairy Queen was turned into the Alamo Freeze where Matt Saracen and later Smash both worked. It's located in Austin which was the setting for much of fictional Dillon, Texas.

coach taylor’s house
from friday night lights posted in television by chewing_the_scenery
First there was a book, then a movie, then the NBC tv show Friday Night Lights about the fictional Texas town Dillon and their high school football team the Dillon Panthers. This was coach Eric Taylor's house located in non-fictional Austin. It was for sale in 2011 but no longer, so any superfans looking to buy it are out of luck for now.
hank dolworth’s house
from terriers posted in television by chewing_the_scenery
This was PI Hank Dolworth's house in Ocean Beach, San Diego, after he bought it from his ex-wife, in FX's underrated crime drama Terriers. Too bad it didn't last more than one season, although the name and the poster that made it look like a reality show about dogs probably didn't do their ratings any favors.
