Since March 2009, The Jerry Springer Show has filmed at the Rich Forum Theater, part of the Stamford Center for the Arts. The state of Connecticut issued an enticing tax credit to bring the opera-inspiring talk show to Stamford.
Also filming at the Rich Forum is the Jerry spin-off, The Steve Wilkos Show (Jerry's old head of security), and Maury (Maury Povich).

Buried below the different bridge and road levels of Chicago's busy downtown is a small cheeseburger joint established in 1934.
Founded by Greek immigrant Billy Sianis, the Billy Goat was the inspiration for the SNL Cheeseburger sketch with John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd and Bill Murray (Murray was an original writer for the sketch).
Also, the tavern is supposedly the basis for the "Curse of the Billy Goat" after the owner (Sianas) tried to bring a goat to a Cubs game and was ejected.
