The cover of Bob Dylan's 1964 album The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan was shot at Jones Street and West 4th St in NYC. The cover photo, shot by Don Huntstein, features a then 22-year-old Dylan walk/cuddling with artist Suze Rotollo, his girlfriend from 1961 to 1964.

They have an ice cream social at the Witch's Hat on the day it is open. There's a long line, but it's wicked fun. There was a great piano and band when I went.

This local landmark, located in Prospect Park, is allegedly the inspiration for the Bob Dylan song, "All Along the Watchtower." Dylan lived in the Dinkytown area nearby before he moved to New York.
Known affectionately as "the Witch's Hat", the former water tower is opened for one day a year to the public for amazing views. Many artists have covered the song, but Dylan has noted Jimi Hendrix's radical reinterpretation.
