Former site of Wanamaker’s Department Store where Kathryn Railly buys their disguises near the end of Twelve Monkeys. The movie Mannequin was also filmed here in the '80s. It's currently Macy's.

Currently the Congress Hotel Apartments, before it was renovated it was still just the decrepit Congress Hotel where transients could stay for $15 a night. It was called the Globe Hotel in Terry Gilliam's Twelve Monkeys, where Cole and Railly hide briefly while the cops are trying to find them.

The Garrett-Jacobs Mansion is a historic 19th century Baltimore building that is currently home to the Engineers Club. Director Terry Gilliam said they filmed there for one reason: the building's unique spiral staircase (seen here just as Cole vaults over the banister) that ends up reflecting the twisting nature of the story.

Cole and Kathryn Railly end up at Philadelphia's Metropolitan Opera House on their search for the Army of the Twelve Monkeys. The building was in a bad state of disrepair at the time of filming. It is currently owned by the Holy Ghost Headquarters Revival ministry which has nothing to do with that shot of the street preacher standing in front of the Met sign that I grabbed from the movie.
