Bunny Colvin's season three quasi-legal drug zone experiment (or Hamsterdam as it was known to the hoppers and yos of West Baltimore) was located south of E North Ave between Broadway and Bond St. The vacant row houses have since been torn down.

Franklin Terrace, The Wire's premier drug spot (before it was demolished at the beginning of season three), was based on former Baltimore housing projects like Lexington Terrace and Murphy Homes.
The high rises in the show are located near the the pit. The police crew did their surveillance from the rooftop of the United Methodist church across the street.

In season two of The Wire Daniels and his crew start running their investigations out of a small building on this dead-end road not far from the marine terminals in Southeast Baltimore.
clement st. cafe

This is the former location of the Clement Street Cafe, the favorite bar of the Baltimore dockworkers in season 2 of The Wire. The building was converted into custom town homes sometime after filming.
the greek’s diner

In season 2 of The Wire the Greek held his meetings in a tiny diner called Little Johnny's. The restaurant is no longer open, but you can find the building on South Clinton St. by the docks.
