The storefront for the office of Bob Odenkirk's sleazy lawyer Saul Goodman in Breaking Bad is in a strip mall on the corner of Montgomery and Eubank in Albuquerque, although currently (as of 2012) a metal club called Hooligans has taken over the space.

Blackmail over a former basement meth lab is a keen negotiating strategy. That was when he was 45 days clean and sober.
