In Mr. Eko's Lost flashbacks the interior of his brother's church was shot at the Kealiiokamalu Church. The exterior was built for the show near the Waialua Sugar Mill which stood in for their Nigerian village.

The exterior of Tom's Restaurant on the corner of West 112th Street and Broadway in Morningside Heights in Manhattan was used for the establishing shots of the fictional Monk's Cafe in Seinfeld. Interiors were filmed on a sound stage.
The restaurant was also the inspiration for Suzanne Vega's 'Tom's Diner' and now that song will be stuck in your head for the rest of the day. You're welcome.

The Hawaii Convention Center was turned into the Sydney Airport in Lost where Oceanic Flight 815 departs on the way to Los Angeles before crashing on the island. It's seen in multiple flashbacks throughout the first several seasons.
