This is McCulloh Homes, West Baltimore's housing projects where D'Angelo manages the low-level dope dealers in season 1 of The Wire. The courtyard (AKA "the pit") with the orange couch was in the southernmost group of buildings, and right across Preston is the rooftop where the police crew kept watch on the hoppers.

The cabins at YMCA Camp Erdman in Hawaii were used for the Others' homes and the Dharma Initiative living quarters at the start of season 3 of Lost. The interiors for the Dharma Initiative check-in room, Flashback Ben's classroom and the makeshift holding cell were all filmed in the assembly hall across the street from the cabins.
