The black and white music video for Eels hit single "Novocaine for the Soul", directed by Mark Romanek in 1996, shows the band levitating while they play in an alley behind the Family Pants clothing store in Los Angeles.
Lead singer Mark Everett's father 'was Hugh Everett, a physicist who pioneered the concept that quantum fluctuations create splits in reality, resulting in a Level II multiverse containing parallel universes which account for every quantum possibility...' or at least that's what I read in the comments for the video on youtube.

The Fatboy Slim video for "Weapon of Choice," featuring a then 57 year old Christopher Walken dancing and flying around a hotel lobby, was filmed at the Downtown Los Angeles Marriott on South Figueroa Street. The video, directed by Spike Jonze, won six MTV video music awards in 2001 including Best Choreography and Best Direction.
