Orlando's gentlemen's club, the front business for Avon Barksdale's drug enterprise in the first season of The Wire, was located on South Broadway. The scenes were filmed at real-life strip club Ritz Cabaret.

This is McCulloh Homes, West Baltimore's housing projects where D'Angelo manages the low-level dope dealers in season 1 of The Wire. The courtyard (AKA "the pit") with the orange couch was in the southernmost group of buildings, and right across Preston is the rooftop where the police crew kept watch on the hoppers.
